About this file

This document is a Bidding Schedule for the C1 Bridge Repair project (Project No. 25-005) located at Quivira National Wildlife Refuge in Stafford, Kansas. The project involves repairing a three-barrel box culvert constructed in 1964, which serves as a critical two-lane bridge providing primary access for Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) personnel and the public between the Headquarters and the remainder of the refuge. The specific scope includes a full depth repair of the top slab of Cell #3, with the structure being constructed of cast-in-place concrete and featuring a gravel wearing surface.

The Bidding Schedule provides a cost breakdown framework organized by division, including General Requirements (mobilization, demobilization, and bonding), Existing Conditions, Concrete, and Earthwork. While the specific dollar amounts are not filled in, the document is structured to allow contractors to detail their proposed costs across these key project divisions. The bridge/water control structure is owned by USFWS and plays a dual role of providing transportation access and serving as a water management infrastructure component for the wildlife refuge.
