About this file

This is a Rate Sheet from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) for Bid Number C5612672-D, seeking spent water softener, brine removal, transportation, and disposal services. The services are divided into two categories: monthly scheduled pickup services (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with an estimated 144 pickups of 6,000 gallons each, and emergency pickup services with an estimated 24 pickups of 6,000 gallons each.

The Rate Sheet requires bidders to provide per-gallon costs for both service categories, with all prices including labor, personnel, transportation, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, and fees. Bidders must complete all rate fields, as blank cells may result in bid rejection. A discount of at least one percent (minimum $50) is available for invoices paid within 30 days. In the event of a tie, the bid with the highest discount will prevail, with a public coin toss used to break discount ties. The State reserves the right to adjust quantities as needed, and the provided estimates are for bid comparison purposes only.
