Price Table Instructions:
Column (1): Offerors are required to propose in one hundred (100) thousand pound increments with a minimum of one hundred (100) thousand pounds. The offeror may choose to propose less than the maximum of five hundred (500) thousand pounds.
Column (2): Input the number of pounds proposed. The Offeror is required to proposed in one hundred (100) thousand pound increments. If the Offeror is not offering U308 at the interval identified in Column (1), input "0." Inputs in this cell should be 100,000 or 0.
Column (3): The Offeror shall identify the firm-fixed-price (FFP) price per pound for each quantity range proposed.
Column (4): This column shows the extended price quoted for each quantity range (quantity offered x price per pound.)
The Price Tables shall be submitted using Microsoft Excel. Do not convert to a portable document format (PDF).
All formulas and links shall remain intact and NO cells shall be protected.
Offerors are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all formulas, amounts, and links.
