The addendum provides responses to a question regarding whether the required tasks can be performed remotely, clarifying that while many tasks can be done remotely, some on-site assessments may be necessary depending on the project requirements. The estimated contract amount is between $19,200,000 and $31,200,000, with a contract term of three years.

The RFQ has a 23% participation goal, and it is the responsibility of interested consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to identify potential teaming partners. The addendum also provides contact information for questions regarding this addendum.
