About this file
This document contains questions and responses related to Solicitation 040ADV-24-R-0015 for the GPO Harding Hall Window Replacement project.
The solicitation requires the vendor to demolish 6 existing window assemblies, dispose of the old windows, and design and install new replacement windows. The vendor must provide all necessary materials and labor to complete the window replacement work. The proposal must be submitted in 3 volumes, which can be submitted separately or combined into a single PDF. Key requirements include providing a 2-page narrative on the offeror's corporate experience, resumes for key personnel, and 3 past performance questionnaires demonstrating at least 5 years of satisfactory past performance. The solicitation also clarifies that a narrative is not required for the key personnel and past performance subfactor. The government confirms that previously completed past performance questionnaires and CPARS can be used to demonstrate the required 5 years of past performance history.

Can the government clarify Section L2, Factor #1 – Technical Capabilities (page 36 of 41). It seems that “experience in identifying life safety deficiencies on schools, offices, homes and public buildings as licensed Fire Protection Engineer” is a typographical error.

Please confirm that resumes for Key Personnel and completed Past Performance forms are to be provided for Factor #2 and that a narrative is not required for Factor #2.
Factor 2 should read: The offerors must have personnel and submit key personnel resumes with their proposals to show 5 (five) years of Corporate Experience. Remove: Subfactor A: Key Personnel
Yes, in PDF format

Volume II – Past Performance (page 37 of 41) states “The Offeror must demonstrate satisfactory past performance during the past three (5) years”. Please confirm that it should state “five (5) years”.
Will the government allow us to use projects completed in 2018 to be used as Past Performance in order for us to demonstrate more than 5 years of experience?
