About this file

This is a Statement of Work for annual maintenance services on the Integrated Monitoring Control System (IMCS) aboard the USNS Burlington (EPF 10) and USNS Yuma (EPF 8). The work requires an OEM field service representative from Austal USA to perform maintenance on various system components including Primary and Secondary Automation Servers, Machinery Plant Central Control, and RCS stations.

The scope includes checking cable connections on Simatic equipment, inspecting hardware for loose screws and error indications, replacing S7-400 backup batteries, and performing maintenance on IMCS workstations including cleaning, drive analysis, and backup creation. The contractor must provide inspection reports in PDF format documenting the system's condition and any deficiencies found. The work is being procured as a sole-source requirement through Military Sealift Command, with Austal USA's Post Delivery Service and Support identified as the possible source, specifically through POC Garrad Green.
