The solicitation seeks a contractor to produce a bimonthly braille publication listing new books in the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled collection. Key requirements include transcribing text from Word files to braille, proofing, duplicating, binding, and shipping to approximately 3,200 subscribers under U.S. Postal Service regulations.

The contractor will be expected to produce six issues annually, typically spanning 200 braille pages across four volumes, and will also need to upload digital braille files to the NLS download platform.
