About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a Library of Congress contract (Solicitation Number 030ADV25R0032) for Quad VTR Service & Repairs. The amendment, numbered 0003 and effective 04-16-2025, modifies two specific clauses: Section H clause LC52.201-2 Ordering Officers (changing "ordering officers" to "purchase card holders") and Section I clause 52.216-18 Ordering. The contract allows for task orders and purchase cards to be issued from 6/30/2025 through 12/29/2028, with the Library of Congress seeking specialized contractor support to service and repair historic Quad Video Tape Recorders (VTRs) at the National Audio-Visual Conservation Center in Culpeper, Virginia. The amendment maintains all other terms and conditions of the original contract, with the primary changes focusing on clarifying purchasing and ordering mechanisms.
