# Question Answer

1 Would you be able to tell me if my colleagues in Sales are allowed to respond with a proposal, or if I need to be the one to respond since it went to my email address?

Yes, your business colleagues may submit a proposal/quote on behalf of your business.

2 Are you bidding this out? Are you working directly with any publishers?

Yes, the Library is competing this solicitation.

The Library is not excluding publishers from competition.

3 Please click [Link] to set up your account.

Once you have finished, please shoot an email my way and I can get the quote over to you right away.

The Library will not set up an account. Please see Section L of the solicitation for submission instructions

4 If you are able to provide any information regarding what might need to be adjusted from our previous packet, that would be great.

The Library will evaluate the technical acceptability of the lowest priced offer of goods for conformity with the requirements identified in the solicitation. Please see Section

M of the solicitation for evaluation factors.

5 If you can please advise who would be the best contact for additional questions.

7 Can you advise if our proposal was acceptable or is there something else that we would need to complete?

8 The solicitation states that the invoice needs to be submitted electronically. I should be able to get a copy of the invoice, but I can’t locate an account in the system.

The successful awardee will submit invoices through https://www.ipp.gov.

9 There is discussion about prepaying with a credit though, so we should be able to get you a proforma invoice and submit it to the portal.

Purchase card orders.

10 Our business is distributed by another company though, so the name on our paperwork will be there’s and not ours. Can you advise if this will be an issue?
