About this file
This document is an Iran Free Procurement Certification Form for a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania procurement opportunity. The form certifies that a vendor is not on the list of parties engaged in investment activities in Iran and is eligible to contract with the Commonwealth under Sections 3501-3506 of the Pennsylvania Procurement Code. The form offers two options for compliance - certification that the vendor is not on the Iran activities list, or demonstration that the vendor has received an exemption from the certification requirement.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for Emergency Care Services. The purpose of this Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is to qualify contractors to provide turnkey congregate sheltering services and large-scale feeding operations in response to emergencies or declared disasters that exceed local jurisdictional resources. Suppliers must register as a PA Supplier and create a user profile in the JAGGAER portal to complete the qualification requirements. Technical support is available through JAGGAER.
