13. SECURITY GUIDANCE

If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. The Theater Integrated Combat Munitions System (TICMS) has a requirement to continue the use of ONE to continue to develop and configure already existing munitions storage and accounting software and applications as well as utilize ONE system experts. ONE is the only entity that can configure the proprietary software for this Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) product for USAF Munitions Management personnel at the Global Ammunition Control Point (GACP) at Hill AFB UT. Within the life of this contract action the contractor will be required to develop in both classified and unclassified environments. All classified development must occur at Hill AFB UT as is reflected in this form and unclassified development may occur at ONE's facility. |

d. DD FM 254 Review on "Annually after issuance" The Contract Security Classification Specification Guidance Review will be performed by the program manager.
e. Ref 10.b: The contractor is permitted access to RESTRICTED DATA (RD) in performance of this contract. Access to RD requires a final U.S. Government clearance at the appropriate level.

Actual knowledge, generation, or production of NATO information is not required for performance on this contract; however, a NATO awareness briefing will be completed prior to granting access to the SIPRNet.
i. Ref. 11.a.: Contract performance is restricted to locations identified in Items 8.a. - 8.c. Contractor will abide by the following security classification guidance: (Insert applicable SCGs complete title, date, all changes, and dates). Security classification guidance has been provided and is available at this location for performance on the contract.
j. Ref 11.l. In accordance with DFARS Subpart 252.204-7012, contractors and subcontractors will safeguard covered defense information that resides in or transits through contractor information systems by applying specified network security controls, and will report cyber incidents. Contractors are prohibited from releasing unclassified information to the public without approval of the contracting activity.
k. Ref 11.m.
