SCHEDULE NOTES
1) Contractor must have an active registration at sam.gov to be eligible for award. (Note a status of “ID Assigned” does not qualify as a fully active registration).
2) The Unique Entity ID (UEI) is a 12-character alpha-numeric code assigned with an entity’s SAM registration. The 12-character UEI has officially replaced the 9-digit DUNS in all applicable databases (the DUNS fields have been removed, and are no longer available for locating records).
3) One Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated from this solicitation. Contractors must enter pricing for all line items to be eligible for award. Type prices directly into the schedule (if possible) to promote readability.
4) Items designated as option items are not required to be purchased by the government. If not included at time of base contract award, the government may include any or all option items up to 90 days after contract award.
5) Payment will only be made for the items shown in the schedule. Any work required to complete this project that is not listed is considered incidental to the items shown. This statement is NOT an invitation for contractors to insert their own additional line items (Refer to FAR 52.212-1(e) for information on submitting additional offers with suggested alternatives).
6) The award price of any contract resulting from this solicitation will be inclusive of any performance & payment bonds. The awarded price will not be modified to accommodate a contractor’s failure to account for bonding in their price.
7) The work site contains steep slopes, sandy soils, and wetlands that could impact the construction process. Contractors are strongly encouraged to inspect the site before bidding.
