About this file

It outlines 15 data elements that must be included in shipment Reports (REPSHIPs), such as the shipment date, estimated time of arrival, required delivery date, carrier information, bill of lading or manifest number, container details, security risk category, hazard classifications, and contact information for the responsible party. Notes provide additional instructions for reporting multiple shipment units or cargo transported on more than one vessel. The REPSHIP is used to report shipments by all modes, including surface and air, from point of origin to port of embarkation.
