OUP Forecasting/Report Schedule
The RFP indicates individual forecasts and reports for the three agencies will be due on November 5th each year. Prior forecasts and reports were issued three times in an 18-month cycle (two in even number years, April and October, and one final in odd years, February, to coincide with the legislative session). Under the new schedule, will a complete forecast and accompanying report be required for each of the three agencies in odd-numbered years as well as even-numbered years? Put another way, is the state requesting one set of forecasts and corresponding reports each year in place of the three forecast cycle every 18 months as before?
The state is requesting one set of forecasts and corresponding reports each year and will replace the previous request of three every 18 months.
