ACME GUN ACTIVE RECOIL (GAR®) MOTOR REPLACEMENT
STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
1.0 BACKGROUND
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dam Neck Activity (DNA) requires the replacement of a GAR® motor on the unit installed in TH16/19 located in Norfolk, Virginia.

| 3.0 | REQUIREMENTS |
| 3.1 | The Contractor shall provide one (1) GAR® Motor Assembly, part number AW14721, manufactured by ACME Worldwide Enterprises, Inc. |
| 3.2 | The Contractor shall disassemble the current GAR® simulated mounted gun. |
| 3.3 | The Contractor shall remove the broken motor and associated gear box. |
| 3.4 | The Contractor shall re-wire the new motor and reinstall the gear box. |
| 3.5 | The Contractor shall re-install the motor and reassemble the GAR®. |
| 3.6 | The Contractor shall validate the new motor functions IAW OEM specifications. |
| 3.7 | The Contractor shall dispose of the broken motor. |
| 3.8 | The Contractor shall coordinate with the technical point of contact (TPOC) identified below to complete this work. |
| 4.0 | GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY/MATERIAL/INFORMATION (GFP/GFM/GFI) |
| 4.1 | The Government shall provide the existing GAR® in TH16/19 for repair. |
| 4.2 | The Government shall also pay for the procurement of the replacement motor. |
| 4.3 | The Government will provide access to NSWCDD-DNA to complete this work. |
| 5.0 | SECURITY |
| 5.1 | The work to be completed under this SOW is Unclassified. |
| 6.0 | TRAVEL |
The Contractor will be required to travel in performance of this contract. The number of trips and types of personnel traveling shall be limited to the minimum required to accomplish work requirements and shall be coordinated with the technical point of contact. All travel shall be conducted in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). The following travel is anticipated: 1-2 day trip to NSWCDD DNA in Virginia Beach, VA to complete above requirements.
