MEMORANDUM FOR 354 CONS/PKA 18 January 2024

FROM: 354 CES/CENMP

SUBJECT: INSTALL FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM AND FINISHES, FTQW 251101

1. Forwarded for your continuance of action are the following attachments:

a. Synopsis of Work

b. Statement of Work

c. Government Cost Estimate

d. Evaluation Factors

2. Period of Performance for each task is:

- 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed to 95%.

- 21 calendar days after submittal of the 95% Design documents.

- 14 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed to 100%.

3. This project is on FY23 dFSRM.

4. There is no statutory limitation for the repair portion of this project, but the statutory limitation of the minor construction portion is $500,000.

5. I have reviewed the requirement, including available technical documentation, and believe that it does not require the contractor to use Class I Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) identified in Air Force Policy, nor is it written so that it can only be met by the use of a Class I ODS. The Government does not anticipate asbestos, but does anticipate PCB, and/ or lead containing materials.

6. Please schedule a pre-proposal site visit after the initial posting.

7. Provide a standard one-year warranty on materials and workmanship commencing at final acceptance.

8. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please call me at (907) 377-4304.
