About this file
This document is a Bid Form for the Healthy Rivers Whitewater Park project, prepared for Lisa MacDonald in Aspen, Colorado, using the EJCDC C-410 standard construction contract template. The bid covers a comprehensive set of 30 line items for site improvements, including mobilization, traffic control, erosion control, clearing and grubbing, tree removals, excavation, soil nail wall construction, stone walls, boardwalk, concrete work, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, electrical work, and other related infrastructure elements. The project involves various quantities of work, such as 2,975 square feet of asphalt removal, 870 cubic yards of unclassified excavation, 1,470 square feet of soil nail wall, and 23 proposed trees, among other specific site improvements.
The bid form allows for unit price bidding, with the bidder acknowledging that estimated quantities are not guaranteed and final payment will be based on actual quantities performed. The document requires bidders to submit various attachments, including bid security, list of proposed subcontractors, project references, evidence of business authority, and a bidder qualification statement. The bidder must certify the bid's genuineness, absence of collusion, and compliance with ethical bidding practices. While specific pricing details are not filled in, the form provides a structured approach for contractors to submit competitive bids for the Healthy Rivers Whitewater Park project, with provisions for different business entity types (individual, partnership, corporation, or joint venture) to participate in the bidding process.
