There are currently seven active equity managers and one fixed income manager managing assets in the NSTec Employee Retirement Plan and assets in this plan exceed $313M. The Plan is currently being restated and will be submitted to the IRS for a plan determination later this year. Effective January 1, 2008, NSTec implemented a Roth 401(k) in both Thrift plans and an automatic enrollment feature in the NSTec Employee Thrift Plan. The participation level in the NSTec Employee Thrift Plan is currently 93%; participation in the NSTec Represented Employee Thrift Plan is 39%. Assets in the two defined contribution plans exceed $240M.
