This document is an amendment to a solicitation for the Pervasive Research & Evaluation for Complex-solutions In Operational & Urgent Systems (PRECIOUS) program, a research and development effort led by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). The amendment addresses a question regarding the certification requirements for the prime contractor and subcontractors. The government response clarifies that the required certifications can be met through the aggregate expertise of the prime and subcontractors, and a NAS 410 certified subcontractor can satisfy the certification requirements outlined in the Statement of Objectives (SOO) for the IDIQ contract. The PRECIOUS program covers a broad range of technical areas related to materials and manufacturing technologies, with the goal of transitioning solutions to improve mission readiness, reduce costs, and create innovative capabilities for the Department of the Air Force.
