About this file
Seven questions received from an interested party. The questions generated the revised Equipment List, with quantities, again recognize that this is to the best of our current knowledge, and in no way binds the government if quantities are plus or minus.

A. No it is not available for viewing unless you submit a Freedom of Information Act Request
(FOIA), there is a cost associated with this request and it has to be submitted to San Antonio, our Headquarters, than would then forward the request to us then, it would go to our legal offices for vetting. Below I am attaching the information required should you should to pursue the course of action.

No special form is required to make the request however, you should label the request as a “Freedom of Information Act Request” with a reasonable description of the document the record requested. You must also state a willingness to pay any search and review fees that are applicable.
You can request documents under the FOIA by fax, letter, or electronic mail and must include the following information:

A. Yes, all equipment is up and running.
7. Q. The equipment list provided in the PWS does not have quantities. Does each of the 24 rooms have the same list of equipment, or is there just a quality of one (1) for each of the pieces listed in the solicitation?
A. The PWS 2.0 indicates that the equipment in all seminar rooms are quite similar. The equipment list in the loaded PWS identifies the type of equipment. So, no it is not just one quantity (1), for each of the pieces listed in the solicitation. There are #24 rooms all containing similar equipment set ups. I have attached a revised Equipment List that identifies quantities, as noted on the list the information provided is to the best of our current situational awareness, and no deviations plus or minus binds the government in anyway.
