The project involves continuous 2-inch inlay paving from mile point 25.285 to mile point 28 (approximately 2.7 miles), spanning from a gravel driveway near 8438 Cascade Hwy NE under transmission power lines to the full width shoulder-to-shoulder. The work is located in Marion County and must be completed by June 30, 2025. The bid is due on April 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Primary work items include mobilization, temporary work zone traffic control, a pollution control plan, cold plane pavement removal (39,753 square yards at 2 inches deep), Level 3 1/2-inch dense asphalt concrete pavement mixture (4,472 tons), and hi-build paint for surface markings (47,652 linear feet). ODOT Project Manager Cody Stone can be reached at Cody.Stone@odot.oregon.gov for inquiries.

The project is subject to domestic preference requirements under ORS 279C.303 and requires compliance with State Buy America Provisions. Portable changeable message signs must be placed a minimum of 7 days before any closure. The bridge B02012 over Abiqua Creek at mile point 26.91 requires special handling; no additional payment will be made for sawing, cleaning, and filling joints on bridge deck overlays per ODOT standard specification 00744.90.
