48 MXG Snap-On branded Weapons Consolidated Tool Kits (CTK)
1.0 Mission: The primary mission of the 492d FGS and 494th FGS Weapons Sections is to conduct flightline munitions loading/unloading and flightline weapons maintenance operations.
The primary mission of the 48th MXG Weapons Standardization is to train and certify the Weapons Load Crews in the 492d FGS and 494th FGS Weapons Sections.
2.0 Product Specifications:
The contractor must provide 36 EA Snap-On branded Weapons Consolidated Tool Kits (CTK).
Each Snap-On branded Weapons CTK must include:
A Snap-On branded rolling toolbox
- 6 drawers in total
- Drawer length 30.5 inches (+/- 0.5 inch)
- Drawer width 21.5 inches (+/- 0.5 inch)
- Top 3 drawers 2 inches high (+/- .25 inch)
- 4th drawer 4 inches high (+/- .25 inch)
- 5th drawer 6 inches high (+/- .25 inch)
- Bottom drawer 8 inches high (+/- .25 inch)
- Stainless steel box top
- Drawers must be lockable with a standard padlock (not an internal key lock)
- Each drawer must be rated to hold a minimum of 100lbs
- Fitted with 4 industrial caster wheels – 2 of which must be locking
- Push handle and handle mounting holes on both sides of the box
- Of the 36 boxes, 17 are to be painted blue, 17 red and 2 black
A rain cover for the toolbox
- Rain covers must be matching in color to the rolling toolbox (17 blue, 17 red and 2 black)
- Rain covers will have openings allowing for the rolling toolbox handle on one of the short sides of the box and the ladder bracket on the opposing short end.
All of the tools listed in Attachment 1
- Vendor to supply all the tools listed in Attachment 1
- All tool from Attachment 1 must be Snap-on branded and must be laser etched with an
Equipment Identification Designator (EID) which is unique to each took kit
Shadow foam liners in the top 4 drawers
- Foam must be cut to hold all tools individually
- Foam must be cut to hold all of the vendor supplied tools in Attachment 1
- Foam must be cut to hold all of the current tools outlined in Attachment 2
- The bottom layer of shadow foam will be color matched to the rolling toolbox
Removable and adjustable steel dividers to be included with the bottom 2 drawers

3.0 Shipping Instructions
Shipment shall be FOB destination to Building 1319, RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk, England, IP27 9PN.
All shipping and transit costs must be included as part of the total purchase price submitted to the Government (vendor to include shipping costs in the costs of the items).
The Government will provide the vendor with the point of contact for the delivery upon award. The delivery will be inspected/accepted by the same POC.
