About this file

This is an Amendment to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, operated by Battelle for the U.S. Department of Energy. Amendment 1, effective October 1, 2026, extends the proposal due date to October 7, 2026 at 4:00 PM PST for RFP Number 958487. The amendment modifies only the proposal submission deadline; all other terms, covenants, and conditions of the original RFP remain in full force and effect.

Offerors must acknowledge receipt and understanding of this amendment through one of the following methods: by returning the signed original amendment with their proposal, or by separate letter, email, or facsimile that references the RFP number, amendment number, and confirms receipt and understanding. If offerors wish to modify a previously submitted proposal, they may do so by email, fax, or letter to the assigned Contracts Specialist (Chris Martin) without resubmitting previously submitted documents, provided the communication clearly references the RFP and amendment and is received prior to the extended deadline. Failure to acknowledge receipt of this amendment may result in rejection of the offer. The amendment was signed by Chris Martin, Contract Specialist, on October 1, 2026.
