About this file
This document is an Addendum No. 1 to the Bid Documents for the 2024 Asphalt Overlay project (Project No. 309001001-2024), issued on April 8, 2024. The addendum communicates two key modifications to the original bidding and contract documents: first, the replacement of pages B-20 and B-21 with updated Improvements Quantities dated April 8, 2024, and second, the addition of a Bidder's Questions & Answers document dated 04-08-24 to the bid documents.
The addendum requires bidders to acknowledge receipt of all addenda on sheet B-12 of the Bidding & Contract Documents, ensuring that potential contractors are fully informed of the project's latest specifications and requirements. While the specific details of the updated improvements quantities and bidder questions are not provided in this document, the addendum suggests ongoing refinement of the project scope, which appears to involve asphalt milling, patching, overlay, full depth reclamation, and concrete curb, gutter, and valley pan removal and replacement in Colorado.
