UNSPSC 95101506: Housing subdivision parcel

A defined piece of land used to house a housing subdivision

UNSPSC 95101506 Housing subdivision parcel is a Commodity code describing the purchase or acquisition of individual residential land parcels within subdivided housing developments. State and local governments use this code when acquiring buildable lots for public housing initiatives, workforce housing programs, or community development projects where the jurisdiction takes ownership of individual parcels rather than entire subdivisions. The issuing bodies soliciting under this code typically include housing authorities, municipal planning and development departments, and county housing or community development offices pursuing grants, bond-funded programs, or direct acquisitions to support affordable housing stock or mixed-income community initiatives.

The source provided contains no recent state or local contract opportunities tagged to this code, making it impossible to characterize the geographic spread, issuing-body mix, or representative recent solicitations from posted procurement activity. The code appears to see minimal recent activity in state and local procurement databases.
