UNSPSC 91111701: Used clothing consignment services

UNSPSC 91111701 Used clothing consignment services is a Commodity code that shows no relevant recent state and local procurement activity. The six opportunities posted between January and June 2026 in the source—cathodic protection system surveys and inspections for Dallas Water Utilities, transportation corridor and trails/sidewalks studies for Columbus Consolidated Government, residential stability and housing navigator programs for College Park and Madison, and executive search services for a City Manager—fall entirely outside the code's stated scope of used clothing consignment and are plainly misfiled or erroneously tagged to this classification.

State and local procurement databases occasionally apply codes that do not align with the work being solicited. No actionable intelligence regarding used clothing consignment services, thrift operations, consignment contract terms, or clothing-related procurement can be drawn from this code's recent posting activity. Business development professionals should verify whether their firm's used clothing consignment capabilities match the actual work state and local governments are buying—which the source does not document under this code—or seek opportunities under related UNSPSC categories that capture apparel and textile procurement more accurately.
