UNSPSC 60121209: Temporary tattoo paint

UNSPSC 60121209 Temporary tattoo paint is a Commodity code with minimal recent state and local procurement activity. The single recent opportunity posted under this code—University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's RFB 2026-UWMIL01163 for Event Services Support—does not involve temporary tattoo paint or any products within the scope of this code. That solicitation seeks makeup artists, videography, graphic design, and related event-marketing services, which fall outside the cosmetics or body-art supplies taxonomy. The code shows no genuine procurement activity aligned with its nominal product scope during the period captured in the source.

No state and local jurisdictions have posted bids or RFPs for temporary tattoo paint or related products in the available data. Without substantive recent opportunities, geographic concentration and issuing-body patterns cannot be characterized from this source. Firms considering pursuit under this code should conduct direct outreach to school districts, parks departments, recreation authorities, and municipal event-planning offices that may source temporary tattoo paint for youth programs, carnivals, or community events, as these buyers do not appear to be generating visible procurement activity through standard bid channels at present.
