UNSPSC 60103908: Terrarium plants

UNSPSC 60103908 Terrarium plants, a Commodity code, shows no recent state and local procurement activity aligned with its nominal scope. The single opportunity posted under this code — DeKalb County's June 2026 ITB for reconstruction of the DeKalb Tennis Center — solicits information technology and low-voltage infrastructure installation, including conduit, cabling, terminations, and testing services; it bears no relationship to terrarium plants or landscaping goods. The mismatch suggests either a misclassification in the posting or the code's disuse in state and local purchasing. Firms evaluating activity under UNSPSC 60103908 should treat this code as inactive for near-term business development purposes and monitor whether future postings establish a pattern of actual plant procurement under it.

Without representative opportunities genuinely aligned to the code's scope, no geographic concentration, issuing-body mix, or procurement pattern can be characterized. A review of active terrarium-plant purchasing by state and local bodies — if any — would likely sit under related horticulture or facilities-maintenance codes rather than here.
