UNSPSC 50397124: Organic pepino purees

The variety of organic fruit known as organic pepinos which have been pureed.

UNSPSC 50397124 Organic pepino purees, a Commodity code, does not appear in any recent state and local procurement activity. The source shows no solicitations tagged to this code or to any closely related pepino or specialty puree products.

The recent opportunities under related food-service categories—canned fruit applesauce, dried fruit bars, fresh produce, grocery items, and broader food-supply contracts—are solicited by school districts, state corrections departments, state health and human services agencies, and county education systems across Oregon, Texas, Georgia, Connecticut, and Missouri. These jurisdictions buy canned and fresh fruits, produce, and prepared food items in volume for institutional nutrition programs and corrections facilities, with contracts typically covering annual periods and awarded on firm fixed pricing with volume-based delivery schedules. However, none of these solicitations name pepino purees or specialty tropical fruit purees as line items or categories. The code's narrow commodity focus—organic pepino purees specifically—does not match the breadth of fruit products actually being purchased in the recent state and local market, which emphasizes commodity-standard apples, berries, citrus, canned applesauce, and fresh produce staples rather than specialty or organic puree products.
