UNSPSC 50382207: Japanese barberry purees

The variety of barberries known as japanese barberries which have been pureed.

UNSPSC 50382207 Japanese barberry purees (Commodity) shows no relevant recent state and local procurement activity. The source records fourteen recent opportunities spanning school nutrition services, state facility food supply, and corrections department procurement, but none explicitly reference Japanese barberry purees or products matching that specific commodity description. The opportunities instead concentrate on generic fresh and canned fruit categories (applesauce, pears, fresh produce), dried fruit bars, and broad food service commodities, with no mention of barberry products in any form.

The mismatch between the code's nominal scope and actual recent solicitations suggests either that barberry purees do not feature in current state and local purchasing patterns, or that issuing bodies tag such specialty fruit items under broader commodity codes. If pursuing vendors in this space, focus on the Commodity codes beneath broader fruit categories (UNSPSC 50000000 and 50380000 families) where recent school district, state corrections, and state health agency activity concentrates on canned fruit, produce, and food service supply contracts with response dates typically sixty to ninety days from posting.
