UNSPSC 31321712: Copper bolted bar stock assemblies

UNSPSC 31321712 Copper bolted bar stock assemblies is a Commodity code that shows minimal recent activity aligned with its nominal scope. The single recent state or local opportunity posted under this code — Pasco County, Florida's June 2026 RFQ for large copper sulfate crystals and liquid copper sulfate — falls outside the fastener and structural-assembly focus of the code's name. Copper sulfate procurement, whether crystal or liquid form, does not meaningfully represent what state and local buyers typically source as bolted bar stock assemblies. The mismatch suggests either a classification error in the county's tagging or exceptionally sparse legitimate activity under the code during the recent period.

The Pasco County solicitation (RFQFP261004, due June 26, 2026) calls for indefinite-quantity supply of copper sulfate on an as-needed basis, with the county open to contracting with one or more vendors. Beyond the response deadline, no contract value, term length, set-asides, or evaluation criteria appear in the county's notice. The code shows no other recent state or local opportunities in the source material. Without additional solicitations across multiple jurisdictions, states, or issuing-body types, the geographic reach and issuing-body concentration remain unclear. Business development activity under this code warrants close monitoring for additional postings that align with the actual scope of bolted bar stock assemblies and fastener supply to state and local governments.
