UNSPSC 27111713: Combination wrenches

UNSPSC 27111713 Combination wrenches is a Commodity code for hand tools commonly stocked as consumable supplies by maintenance and operations departments. State and local governments procure combination wrenches primarily through blanket supply agreements and as-needed orders for facilities maintenance, fleet servicing, and equipment repair work across fire departments, public works, and facility management operations. The purchasing pattern reflects routine replenishment buying rather than project-specific procurement; quantities and frequency vary based on operational wear and tooling losses.

Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners posted ITB 26-00319 on July 7, 2026, requesting competitive sealed bids for janitorial and operational supplies (including hand tools) due July 24, 2026, with an estimated contract value of $765,679.84 for one year. The supplies support Hillsborough County Fire Rescue Department's 47 fire stations operating 24/7. Bids must quote free-on-board Destination pricing with delivery within 10 days of purchase order receipt to the Public Safety Operations Complex in Tampa, Florida, with no minimum purchase quantities guaranteed. The County reserves the right to award by line item, group/section, or overall total net bid price and may share the contract with Hillsborough County Governmental Purchasing Council members. The recent activity block contains only this single opportunity; no additional state or local solicitations under the code are present in the source.
