UNSPSC 23221103 Plucker or hide puller is a Commodity code for specialized equipment used in meat and poultry processing to remove feathers or hides from carcasses. State and local governments buy this code infrequently; the recent-opportunities block in the source contains no posted solicitations under this code. Without documented recent procurement activity, the market signal is sparse—this Commodity does not show meaningful state or local buying patterns in the current period.

When opportunities do surface under this code, they typically arise from state departments of agriculture, county or municipal slaughterhouses, and vocational or agricultural education programs that operate processing facilities. The code also may see procurement from regional food service distributors or public institutions maintaining on-site processing capabilities. Geographic concentration remains unknown given the absence of recent solicitation data.
