UNSPSC 14122101: Super calendared kraft paper

UNSPSC 14122101 Super calendared kraft paper is a Commodity code covering specialty paper stock used in printing and graphic arts applications. State and local governments procure this material primarily through higher-education institutions and administrative print shops that require consistent, high-quality paper for in-house and institutional printing needs. The work consists of supplying sheets or rolls of calendared kraft paper—paper that has been mechanized to achieve uniform thickness, smoothness, and gloss—to meet operational printing demands at universities, state agencies, and other public facilities.

Valdosta State University in Georgia issued an eRFQ (55100ERFQ0000016292026) on February 20, 2026, with a response deadline of March 19, 2026, seeking print shop paper supplies through Georgia's State Purchasing Act procurement process. The opportunity invited qualified suppliers to compete for potential contract award, with evaluation results and vendor names to be announced publicly following the closing date. The eRFQ documentation did not disclose contract value, specific product specifications, delivery schedules, or set-aside designations. Recent activity under this code is limited; the single posted opportunity reflects university-level procurement rather than broader state or local government activity, and no other state or local solicitations for this material appear in the available recent record.
