UNSPSC 14121804: Silicone coated papers

UNSPSC 14121804 Silicone coated papers is a Commodity code that captures specialized paper products with silicone coating applied for release, barrier, or protective purposes. State and local governments procure silicone-coated papers primarily for operational and administrative use — the coating prevents adhesion of labels, decals, and transfer media, and resists moisture, grease, and chemical exposure. Issuing bodies soliciting under this code include school districts, county facilities and maintenance departments, municipal public works divisions, and state agency procurement offices. The market reflects steady, fragmented demand across multiple small jurisdictions rather than concentration among a few large buyers.

The source provides no recent state or local contract opportunities specifically tagged to UNSPSC 14121804 silicone-coated papers as of 2026-10-20. Without posted RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, or ITBs identifying this code and a response date, geographic spread and representative recent solicitations cannot be characterized from current market activity. Firms pursuing this commodity should monitor state cooperative purchasing catalogs and county/municipal supplies agreements, where silicone-coated papers are often bundled with broader office and operational supply contracts rather than solicited as standalone line items.
