UNSPSC 12162006: Aromatic ester plasticizer

UNSPSC 12162006 Aromatic ester plasticizer is a Commodity code that shows little relevant recent state and local procurement activity. The single recent opportunity tagged to this code—the County of Santa Clara's April 2026 RFI for a Public Health Lab Information Management Solution—concerns laboratory information system software and has no connection to aromatic ester plasticizers or chemical procurement. The mismatch suggests either a tagging error in the source system or that state and local procurement under this Commodity code does not generate active solicitation volume sufficient to populate representative opportunities.

Without recent sourcing activity aligned to the code's actual scope, no issuing-body mix, geographic concentration, or representative purchase pattern can be characterized from the source. Firms tracking aromatic ester plasticizer procurement at state and local level should monitor whether future RFQs or ITBs for chemical supplies, manufacturing inputs, or materials testing align to this code, but current signals do not support active pursuit or portfolio development at this time.
