UNSPSC 10452300: Dried cut oncidium orchids

Dried cut blooms of oncidium orchids

UNSPSC 10452300 Dried cut oncidium orchids is a Class code that shows minimal alignment with current state and local procurement activity. The code's nominal scope — dried orchid flowers for floristry or decorative use — does not match the environmental and parks procurement work appearing in the recent opportunity records tagged to this code.

Pinellas County posted an RFP (250628RFP, due July 29, 2025) for Environmental Planting, Monitoring, Reporting and Maintenance Services covering invasive plant removal, native plant installation, wetland management, and regulatory-compliant monitoring across multiple sites including McMullen Booth Stormwater Pond and Eagle Lake Park. Columbus Consolidated Government's Finance Department Purchasing Division issued Request for Bids No. 26-0014 (due February 25, 2026) for arts and craft, hobby, and recreational supplies to support the Department of Parks and Recreation's after-school programs, community schools, and senior services, with estimated annual spending of $30,000 to $50,000. Neither opportunity involves dried orchids or floristry products. The code shows no recent state and local contract opportunities that genuinely reflect dried-orchid procurement.
