UNSPSC 10201900: Live light pink rose bushes

Live bushes including the roots of light pink roses

UNSPSC 10201900 Live light pink rose bushes is a Class code that nominally names a single plant variety, but recent state and local solicitations under this code do not reflect that narrow scope. The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners and City of Altamonte Springs, Florida have instead posted opportunities for broad landscape and nursery plant procurement — including annuals, plugs, potted plants, grass seeds, trees, and irrigation system installation — rather than live light pink rose bushes specifically. The issuing bodies soliciting under this code are municipal and county governments, typically for landscape maintenance, median construction, and grounds operations. One opportunity, posted by DeKalb County, appears misaligned with the code's nominal scope, covering IT and low-voltage infrastructure for a tennis center reconstruction and suggesting potential tagging inconsistency across jurisdictions.

Recent opportunities originate in Florida and Georgia. The City of Altamonte Springs issued ITB 26-085-KY on August 24, 2026 (bids due July 29, 2026) for nursery plants and products on an as-needed, when-needed basis with initial one-year contract term and four optional renewals, with bidding by product group and award to the lowest-cost responsive bidder; bidders must provide proof of Florida Sunbiz registration, current Business Tax Receipt, signed W-9, three client references, and compliance attestations including E-Verify, notarized conflict of interest and human trafficking statements, and verification against the State of Florida Scrutinized List and Federal Excluded Parties List. Pasco County Board of County Commissioners posted IFB IFBKM27004 on September 2, 2026 for landscape and irrigation construction on approximately 9 miles of Little Road medians between Ridge Road and US 19, with bids due October 6, 2026. The code shows limited recent activity and does not align consistently with its nominal definition across the available opportunities.
