UNSPSC 10201500: Live blue or lavender or purple rose bushes

Live bushes including the roots of blue or lavender or purple roses

UNSPSC 10201500 Live blue or lavender or purple rose bushes, a Class code, does not align with actual recent state and local procurement activity. The three most recent opportunities tagged to this code involve landscape and irrigation construction, general nursery plants and products procurement, and information technology infrastructure — none of which center on live rose bushes specifically. The City of Altamonte Springs, Florida did post an ITB for landscaping plants and products including annuals, potted plants, plugs, grass seeds, and trees on an as-needed basis, but the scope encompasses thirteen 3-gallon plant varieties and poinsettia pots in specified quantities rather than live roses as a category. The landscape construction work posted by Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (IFB IFBKM27004) and the IT infrastructure work posted by DeKalb County, Georgia do not appear to involve nursery plant procurement.

The code shows little relevant recent activity. The Altamonte Springs ITB 26-085-KY, due July 29, 2026, is the only opportunity in the source with clear connection to ornamental plant sourcing, and it treats landscaping plants as a commodity group among others rather than targeting rose bushes. Activity appears concentrated in Florida and Georgia, but the small sample and the mismatch between the code's nominal scope and the work actually being solicited limit the actionability of this code for firms specializing in live rose bush supply or cultivation.
