NIGP 79582: Spinning Machines and Accessories

NIGP 79582 Spinning Machines and Accessories is an Item code under which state and local governments procure laboratory equipment and supplies, though recent solicitation activity under this code is sparse. Cook County, Illinois posted a re-bid for histology and toxicology supplies in June 2026, representing the only recent documented opportunity under this code in the source material. The solicitation identifier and response deadline are present, but detailed scope, estimated value, contract term, set-asides, incumbent information, or evaluation criteria are not available in the source.

The single recent opportunity shows activity from a major metropolitan county in Illinois, but the source provides insufficient detail to characterize issuing-body concentration, geographic distribution, or representative scope across state and local markets under this code. The sparse recent solicitation record suggests limited procurement activity under NIGP 79582 at the state and local level.
