NIGP 78526: Bulletin Board Accessories

NIGP 78526 Bulletin Board Accessories, an Item code, covers mounting hardware, fasteners, trim, and decorative elements that attach to or frame bulletin boards and similar wall-mounted display surfaces in state and local facilities. State and local governments procure these commodities for office buildings, schools, libraries, transit stations, and public meeting spaces where temporary notices, announcements, and informational postings require secure mounting and professional presentation. The sourcing base includes educational institutions, municipal administrative offices, county facilities, and transportation authorities, with school districts representing a significant portion of regular buyers given their heavy reliance on classroom and hallway bulletin boards for student communications and safety notices.

The source provided does not include a block of recent state and local contract opportunities under this code, making it impossible to characterize current geographic concentration, identify representative recent solicitations, or name issuing bodies currently active in the market. Without posted opportunities to ground the analysis, pursuit decisions should rest on your firm's existing relationships with facility managers, procurement officers in education and municipal government, and standing distributor agreements rather than on active RFP or ITB activity at this moment.
