NIGP 60074: Perforating Machines

NIGP 60074 Perforating Machines, an Item code, covers specialized equipment that state and local governments procure primarily through cooperative purchasing vehicles serving multiple jurisdictions. Based on recent solicitation activity, the work involves law enforcement equipment capable of breaching or access operations — typically purchased as part of broader equipment frameworks that establish contracting solutions for public safety agencies across multiple governmental tiers.

Sourcewell, a Minnesota local government cooperative, posted RFP #061626 on May 12, 2026 (due June 16, 2026) to establish a law enforcement equipment contract available to thousands of participating entities including Franklin, Grant, Grays Harbor, Chelan, and Yakima Counties in Washington, along with numerous other jurisdictions, K-12 school districts, higher education institutions, tribal governments, and nonprofit organizations throughout the United States and Canada. The cooperative purchasing structure allows selected vendors to serve a broad spectrum of public sector organizations under standardized contracting terms, with proposals submitted exclusively through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal. No specific award value, budget range, set-aside designations, or incumbent vendors were identified in available solicitation materials.
