Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigation (CI) The Office of Business Solutions Acquisition, Streamlined Acquisitions & Inter-agency Agreement Section (OS:PR:B:A:B) is in support of the Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigation (CI) is seeking information regarding Antenna Lease Site. ** This announcement is issued for the purposes prescribed in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10 "Market Research" and is for informational and acquisition planning purposes only. This announcement is not a request for quote (RFQ)/request for proposal (RFP) and a formal solicitation is not available currently. If a formal RFQ/RFP is released, its contents may differ from the information contained in this announcement. This announcement does not constitute a commitment by the government to issue an RFQ/RFP, contract, or order. The purpose of this RFI is for the Government to obtain knowledge and information for project planning purposes only. The Government has interest in and is seeking information regarding the capability of providing Covert Antennas for law enforcement vehicles to support the Government's program office. Do Not Submit any Proposals/Offers in response to this Notice. This Notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. All costs associated with responding to this Notice are solely at the responding party's expense. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Further, the Government may contact the vendor for additional information regarding the information submitted as part of this market research effort. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Vivian.D.Daniels@irs.gov email address. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Questions will be answered by posting answers to Vivian.D.Daniels@irs.gov; accordingly, questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information. The Government does not guarantee that questions received after September 29, 2020, 3:00 PM EST will be answered. Responses in Microsoft Office Word compatible format are due no later than September 29, 2020, 3:00 pm EST. Responses shall be limited to 5 pages and submitted via e-mail only to Vivian.D.Daniels@irs.gov. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) on or after Wednesday, March 26, 2008 for the Ginnie Mae Pool Processing, Pool Certification, Central Paying and Transfer Agent, Platinum Trustee, and Multiclass Information Agency services related to Ginnie Mae Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS). The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency seeks to maintain 401(k) administration and recordkeeping services for two retirement plans through the issuance of a solicitation in accordance with FAR part 12 and subpart 13.5 procedures. The anticipated contract would provide these services for a period not to exceed 129 months and include a potential six-month transition-in period, a two-year base period, and four two-year option periods. Offerors must have an active SAM registration at the time of proposal submission. The evaluation criteria will promote maximum practicable competition per FAR 13.104. The deadline for questions is March 21, 2023.
