This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. Summary of Requirements:The Contractor will provide to the Government aviation turbine fuel type F-24 per NATO AFLP-3747 with the additional requirement that fuel must contain total sulfur content less than or equal to 50 part per million measured per ASTM D2622 or equivalent.
The Anniston Army Depot is seeking responses from all responsible sources, including large, and small business concerns. Small business concerns are defined under the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this 454310 -Fuel Dealers: Size Standard is 100 employees. Please include your company's size classification and socio-economic status in any response to this notice. Responses to this notice must be submitted electronically to Velma Shufford, velma.l.shufford.civ@mail.mil, (telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged). “Ultra Low Sulfur F24 Fuel” must appear in the subject line of the email or it will be deleted and not read. Interested vendors are requested to submit a statement of the capabilities of their organization with respect to the government’s Request for Information. Responses should include: 1. Prospective firm's name, address, phone number, socioeconomic status and DUNS number 2. General information of firm's previous experience on at least two projects of a similar scope, complexity and value; including the title, location, brief description of work, and dollar value Responses should be "short and to-the-point." This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Approximately 6,500 gallons of 100LL Aviation Gas delivered to Joint Base San Antonio Randolph in a tanker trailer.
Two fueling trucks to transfer and fuel all participating aircraft acts.
Personnel to accomplish the fueling and transfering of gas.
Submission of Capabilities
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however companies are encouraged to provide their systems capabilities if they can meet all of the above listed requirements.
The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement.

Enclosed is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for supplying high grade heating oil (Diesel) to the U.S. Embassy Amman, in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth herein.
Proposals are due by June 13, 2021 at 04:00 PM local time. Proposals must be submitted by email to AmmanRFQ@state.gov and be in the following format:

All technical proposals must be printed on white paper without company logos, watermarks, letterhead or any information that identifies the company.

In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.237-1, Site Visit, The Government is planning a pre-proposals conference at site.
Prospective offerors should contact Haitham AlZuhlof at alzuhlofhf@state.gov to provide company name, attendees’ names and national identification numbers no later than May 18, 2021 to make appropriate arrangements entering the building for the site visit, and only two representatives per company are allowed. All visitors are required to wear a face mask inside the Embassy compound, and face masks will be provided, upon request.

Offerors are required to submit all questions in writing to AmmanRFQQuestions@state.gov at least four business days prior to the site conference. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable proposal at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
