The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Chinle, AZ intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to proposed contractor, ARIZONA MACHINERY, LLC; DBA: STOTZ Equipment. Sole Source authority cited FAR Part 8.405-6 (a)(1)(i)(B) - Only one source is capable of providing the services, hardware and supplies required at the level or quality required because the preventative maintenance are unique or highly specialized. The Proposed Contractor shall provide services to the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility Maintenance Department, period of performance 04/01/2023-12/31/2023.
The Proposed Contractor is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services to ensure regular inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments and parts replacement, and are available for any emergency service calls for all our heavy equipment.
