The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make an award to a responsible offeror for the provision of Bag in the Box Beverage Supply for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Talladega, Alabama. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm fixed unit prices. The contract period shall consist of a base period from the date of award through 12 months, and four one-year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the government. The estimated quantities for the base year and each option renewal is 1,500 cases per year.FCI Talladega will place order for products as needed. Product shall be delivered Monday through Friday with the exception of federal holidays and no later than 15 working days after receipt of order. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas intends to award a firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery, requirements type contract to a responsible small business entity for the supply bag in box (BIB) juice beverages, equipment, and service for the Federal Correctional Institution McDowell (FCI) and its adjacent Satellite Prison Camp (FPC), located in Welch, West Virginia. Specifications and a description of the required service is attached to this posting and labeled as Attachment 001.CONTRACT PRICING - Contract pricing shall be based on a "per case" price, with the product provided in five (5) gallon BIB containers. Contract pricing shall include all charges to the Government for provision of bag in box (BIB) juice beverages, equipment, and service required by this solicitation (e.g., overhead, profit, taxes, maintenance, transportation, etc.) The Government reserves the right to award without discussion; therefore, the initial quote should contain the quoter's best terms from a price standpoint.PRICING METHODOLOGY - The quantity of supply to be provided by the contractor is estimated and is not a representation to a quoter or contractor that the estimated quantities will be required or ordered or that conditions affecting requirements will be stable or normal.
