Specific services encompass tasks such as trash removal, mowing, edging, pruning, fertilization, and pest control, with service frequencies determined by individual park locations. The IDV provides flexible landscaping support for multiple state parks in counties including Pima, Cochise, Pinal, Santa Cruz, and Graham.

The master agreement is awarded to Golden West Arbor Services Inc., with an initial contract period from April 2, 2021, and subsequent one-year extensions through April 1, 2025. The contract is structured as a master agreement with the potential for multiple one-year renewals, effectively creating a five-year potential service window. Golden West Arbor Services, a small business based in Fort Mohave, Arizona, was selected through a competitive bidding process involving multiple vendors. The contract covers landscaping services across Arizona's Southern Region State Parks, with hourly rates ranging from $80 to $240 depending on labor type and time of day. The IDV includes comprehensive insurance coverage and maintains standard state procurement terms and conditions.
