About this IDV
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Omaha District awarded an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) to Arrowhead Contracting, LLC, a minority-owned small disadvantaged business, to provide facilities sustainment, restoration, and modernization (FSRM) services across Nebraska and surrounding states. The $225 million multiple-award IDC has a period of performance through April 2025. Under this contract, Arrowhead Contracting will perform infrastructure maintenance, repair, and modernization work for USACE's civil works mission.
The USACE Omaha District initially solicited industry feedback on draft request for proposal (RFP) requirements through a Special Notice prior to issuing the full solicitation. The Special Notice sought comments from small businesses under NAICS code 236220 on the feasibility of the performance requirements, proposal instructions, and evaluation criteria. A $2,500 firm-fixed price task order was subsequently awarded to Arrowhead Contracting as a minimum guarantee under the FSRM IDC.
