Typical task orders may include repair and maintenance of real property, repair and replacement ofHVAC, water, and sewer systems, paving, roofing, interior and exteriorpainting, ceiling repairs or replacements, repair or replacement of floorcoverings, renovations, refurbishments, civil works and electrical repairsinvolving all of the building crafts and trades.Solicitation W911SA-17-B-2011 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB)using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed-priceIndefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract.The anticipated base year period of performance will be 01 April 2018 -31 March 2019 plus four one-year option periods.
