THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE SEGS WITH THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONAL AREAS: PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, STRATEGY, PLANNING; SOFTWARE ENGINEERING; SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGY DEMONSTRATION AND TRANSITION; TEST AND EVALUATION; INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION; GAME BASED LEARNING MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK; OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE; TRAINING; TECHNICAL SUPPORT; HOSTING AND OTHER SOLUTIONS ENCOMPASSING THE ENTIRE RANGE OF GAME-BASED REQUIREMENTS, TO INCLUDE SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE INCIDENTAL TO THE SOLUTION.
